The Professional Regulation Commission hereby informs all those who passed the March 2014 Medical Technologists Licensure Exam (Manila passers) of the schedule of their initial registration at the PRC-Registration Division (PRC Main Building, Manila):

Registrants are advised to download the Oath Forms HERE and to bring their duly accomplished Oath Forms during their schedule for registration. Registrants are also advised to strictly observe the schedule for initial registration to avoid any inconvenience.
Underage passers shall register on or after their 21st birthday.
The certificates of registration and professional identification cards will be distributed during the oath-taking ceremonies.
