Oath Taking of DICT OIC-Secretary as Professional Electronics Engineer
Manila, December 1, 2017 – Hon. Eliseo M. Rio Jr., Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) OIC-Secretary / Undersecretary for Special Concerns, formally took his oath as Professional Electronics Engineer on November 20, 2017, held at the Conference Room, 2nd Floor, PRC Main Building, Manila. Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando Jr. administered his oath and witnessed by Commissioner Jose Y. Cueto, Jr. Also included in the picture from left to right are the following: Atty. Lovelika T.
